The Day when we become Giant people!!

My mom visit this 小人国 Window on China Theme Park when she was young. And she show me her photo, I always wondering how come the people so small and the I thought the house and the people is real. Hahah!! It really gave me lots of dream. Besides that, I used to  imagine I can enter the small building and stay inside!! And now I finally have chance to visit there!!

I really impress their work, because all the small building looks real!! After finish visit there, I feel like I already travel around the world hahaah!!

This 袖珍博物馆 Miniatures Museum of Taiwan is recommended by one of the forum friend. He take lots of beautiful pictures and post it in the travel forum. I am so eager to travel there, so I find the location in the internet and see how to get there!!

But, it's really hard to find the location. It show in the map is quite near to the MRT. But the real distance is quite far. We walk about 20 minutes to get there. I'm so regret that why we didn't take bus..hahahha!!

中正纪念堂 Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall and 鼎泰豐

This is really a good day for us to visit those outdoor places!!! Here is 中正纪念堂 Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall. At first we are not planing to come here. But, we need to taste some great food in some where near here. So, we just went there!! But I never aspect we really having good time and enjoy the weather here!!! Very windy, and met lots of lovely Taiwanese!!

After visiting 中正纪念堂 Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall, we went 鼎泰豐 to take lunch!!! This restaurant is recommended by one of the forum friend. So, we decided to try the Dim Sum!! Yummy!! But we have to wait for 30 minutes, cause there are too many tour from Hong Kong, Japanese come to this restaurant!!

Let's go!! Start our taiwan trip!! The day when we reach Taiwan, Tao yuan airport is raining, I quite down with it, but Mr.Quah tell me to think positive, maybe later when we reach Taipei will have different weather. hahahha!! 

We take bus from Tao yuan airport to Taipei, it takes 1 hours to go!! Quite enjoy and see the view in Taiwan. And the bus is fetch us to the hotel, nice right!! Cause we carry, quite big baggage...hehe luckily!!

Ok, let me tell you where we go in this 6 days and 5 night trip in Taipei (only Taipei). 

This is on 31 Dec 2008, is some where around 101 mall. We went there to see the fire work to celebrate new year eve跨年煙火 !! The fire work is very nice!! Because normally we see just the fire work is in the sky, but this time is from the 101 building itself, so quite special. And we celebrate the new year eve together with lot of Taiwanese, and Hong Kong people too!! Hahaha!!Very very cold weather too!! and the wind is so strong!!! I think is below 10'c!! 

Here we go (Tan Shui 淡水 ) and (Xin Bei Tou 新北投). We went to (Tan Shui 淡水) to find soome delious food!! hehe!! Cause is raining, so cannot go (Hot spring pool温泉 ) at (Xin Bei Tou 新北投). When the rain stop, we went to the (Xin Bei Tou 新北投) and visit the hot spring museum. Oh gosh!! the weather so cool....I want to go to the pool!!! I want I want!! I think I'll regret, if I miss it this time!!!

Did you see the Open air Hot spring?? Got lots of old folk taking bath and dip in the water just with swiming suit!! OMG!! So cold!! How they can do it!!!

I told Mr.Quah!! We go to find one indoor hot spring pool, I think should have over here. So we ask the people in charge in the museum, he told us there are many many hotel that provided 2 hours indoor hot spring pool!! So, we decided to enter this "百乐汇"hotel. Em...we are very very satisfate the decoration in the hotel!!

We stay some where around (Xi Men Ting 西门町). Over there have lots of shop lots, and all the stuff sell over there is very cute and very special!! We try lots of food over there!! 

When we go to the (Long San Temple 龙山寺) also a raining day. Guess what!! Although is a raining day, but inside the temple, has lots of people praying. This I never think never happend in Malaysia.  

Haha!! Night Market time 饶河夜市 !! We try lots lots of weird food here!! wahahha!! Weird mean never try in Malaysia lo. This night market is some where near one chines temple, and is very beautiful at night. So I take the photo!!
