Tomato Rice with Red Sauce chicken

Haha!! My "nasi tomato" Tomato rice is back!! I cook it again!! But this time is with "Ayam Masak Merah" Red Sauce Chicken. Cause long long time never cook it already SO...so!! I need to refer back my previous recipe...hehe!! Paisei!!

Tomato Rice
Ingredient for 2 serving:
  • A bit of Star anise
  • A bit of Cinnamon (cassia)
  • 4 big spoons Tomato paste
  • Tomato cube
  • Sweet corn (frozen cube)
  • 3 slice of ginger
  • half cup of milk
  • 1 cup of Rice (raw)
  • 2 cup of water
  • half tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon sugar
Method
  • Fry star anise and cinnamon and ginger for few second.
  • Then add tomato cube, sweet corn, and stir for few second
  • Add tomato paste and rice (raw), and stir it even.
  • Pour in water and milk and boil it.
  • Add salt and sugar.
  • Let it boil dry for 1o minutes. Please check time to time. Prevent burn on the bottom part.
p/s: While cooking, must stir the rice time to time, cause it is easy to burn on the bottom part. When you found it a bit dry, you can turn off the fire and cover it. Wait for few minutes till it totally dry and then ready to serve.

    今天就看到你做了这道菜,哈哈
    但是,我的红粉鸡吃买了即煮料,
    腌下就能拿去烤了,方便很多。。
    但是今天还是不能煮,因为番茄只剩一粒
    我想煮浓浓的番茄饭,我想最少要3粒才够,哈哈哈
