姜葱酒鸡饭 Chicken with Scallion and Ginger Rice

姜葱酒鸡饭 Chicken with Scallion and Ginger Rice. But cannot see the scallion already, cause I chopped it till very tiny. hehe!! This few day Mr.Quah say his stomach full with wind inside. So I decided to cook this for him, cause the ginger will eliminate the wind in his stomach.

Ingredients:
Chicken, Scallion, Ginger paste, alcohol (Some), Oyster sauce, Black soy sauce, salt, sugar and sesame oil

Method:
1.
Marinade Chicken with Oyster sauce, black soy sauce and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
2. Hot pan and fry scallion and ginger paste.
3. Add Chicken meat then add some water
4. Seasoning with little bit of salt and sugar.
5. Add little bit of alcohol (preference)
6. Serve
