
Tang!! Tang!! Tang!! This is my ugly Blueberry muffin. Although its look ugly. But very tasty.

If I give them 2 cupcakes, like not sincere. If I give them 4 cupcakes. My daring say...he want to eat more...haizzzzz....finally we decided...
We decided to keep it la...next time I add more ingredient and I will share with them.
The ingredients: (9 cupcake)
- Butter 牛油 100g
- Caster sugar 细白砂糖 130g
- Egg 鸡蛋 x 2
- All purpose flour 多用途面粉 250g
- Baking Powder 泡打粉 2 teaspoon
- Milk 牛奶 120 ml
- Blue berry (Tin) 蓝梅 罐装 适量
- Beat butter and sugar till soft (become oil)
- Add 2 egg separately (add one by one)
- Add Flour and Baking powder stir with spoon
- Add Milk and stir with spoon
- Finally add blue berry and stir with spoon
- Put in the cup or paper cup
- Decorate little bit of blue berry on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes. Depend how big is your cup. If very deep cup need more time.
- Check your cake time to time.
- Ready to eat.
