1. Potatoes 马铃薯 (Half)
2. Chicken 鸡肉碎 (200g)
3. Carrot 萝卜 (Half)
4. Mushroom 香菇 (5-6)
5. Onion 洋葱 (Half)
6. Garlic 蒜头 (little bit)
7. Oyster sauce 蚝油 (2 tablespoon)
8. Pepper powder 胡椒粉 (2 teaspoon)
9. Sesame Oil (芝)麻油 (1 teaspoon)
10. Egg 蛋 (1)
11. Corn flour 玉米粉 (1 tablespoon)
12. Bean Curd Skin 豆皮
1. Chop chicken and mix with corn flour
2. Chop mushroom, carrot, Onion, Garlic
3. Cook potatoes till soft and press with spoon
4. Mix (method 1,2,3)
5. Add Oyster sauce, pepper powder, sesame oil,
6. Beat egg first before add in. Add little bit of egg in. Don't add to much. Because later very hard to roll with the bean curd skin.
7. Lay the bean curd skin on the table, and put the chicken mix ingredients like we roll the sushi.
8. At the end, can use the egg we left just now to stick the end.
9. Fried it. And serve with mayonnaise or chili sauce.
p/s: Don't add any salt or soy sauce. Because the bean curd is very salty.
