Soft soft soft Tofu

Haha!! Tofu time!! You know what this one small piece of tofu (soy bean curd) is Rm 7-Rm8 here!! wakakakka!! Like eating gold!! And some more this tofu is not always import here. Maybe Arabic people don't like tofu..hahaha!! So, I really appreaciate this. Today I try to cook it. Em...what its' name?? Mince beef hot tofu. Haha..why is hot? cause I cut lots of chili cook together. hehe!!

Ingredients:

1. One soft tofu.

2. 3 piese of mice beef hamburgar meat.

3. One onion, half green capsicum, half tomato or red capsicum and small chili (all choped).

4. Oyster sauce, sesame oil, and corn flour.

Method:

1. Steam tofu for 10 minutes

2. Hot pan with sesame oil and fry onion, and onion for 10 minutes.

3. Add half cup of water, add in capsicum and tomato.

4. Seasoning with 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, sweet black soy sauce, salt (if you need more salty, cause the meat already salt enough). And 1 tea spoon of corn flour mix with cold water, this will make the gravy more thicker.

5. Take out the tofu and make sure is dry, some tofu will have water beside. Then pour in the gravy. If you have the spring onion, sprinkle on top. Ready to serve with rice!!
