West Indian Curry Chicken

Haha!! Finally I success to cook my Indian curry! haha!! This time is West Indian curry. The first time I cook was the South Indian curry. This recepi is sponsor by my friend Suchita...hahaha!! Thanks a lot, Mr.Quah and I like it very very much!! I really cannot imagine I can cook it!! wahaha!! 

Marinate chicken

3 big Onion, 1 big garlic, few pieces ginger, few tomato paste, 1/2 teaspoon of Garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon of Cummin powder, 1/2 teaspoon Corriander powder, 1 teaspoon paprika powder, 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of tumerik powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 5 spoon of Oil. 

 Cooking 

  1. Heat oil in the pan
  2. Add in 4 pieces of bayleaves, 2 Cinnamon stick, 3 Cardamom. Fry till you smell the aroma.
  3. Add in the potatoes (I boil the potatoes first before add in, cause it so hard to turn soft).
  4. Add in the marinate chicken, pour 1 cup of water, then boil it till you see the red oil seperate from the sauce. 
  5. Start seasoning with salt, sugar, and chili powder. (according to your taste)
  6. Turn off the gas, close the lid for 10 minutes. Then ready to searve.

  2. 哈哈!越来越厉害??没有啦!!你看,我身在何处?在着个吃加哩的地方,买这些香料又很方便。反而我们大马的什么Baba curry powder la...ect都是超贵的。

    所以,想吃加哩的我,就去向印度朋友"取经"!!哈哈!!
