Actually, Tempura has variety of vegetables and sea food. But I only use Eggplant no variety of vegetable. Some more I change the method to make it..wahahahahha!!! Actually, there are tempura flour in the market. But I didn't buy it. I just fry like normally we fry chicken. heheIngredient:
1. Eggplant
2. Flour (for fry chicken flour)
3. one egg (beat)
4. Bread crumbs
Method:1. Cut eggplant into pieces.
2. Apply egg on the eggplant.
3. Add some flour on the eggplant.
4. Follow with bread crumbs.
5. Finally, heat the oil before you put the eggplant to fry.
6. Fry till yellow color
7. Ready to serve.
