Croquette with rice~

Today lunch, I prepared this Croquette 炸肉饼with rice.

But today I add too much potatoes so after fry also a bit too soft. So, I gain one experience again, the portion of chicken and potatoes should be equal. Or the portion of Potatoes should be less then the chicken.
