炸肉饼 Croquette

Ingredients:
1. Potatoes 马铃薯
2. Chicken 鸡肉碎
3. Carrot 萝卜
4. Mushroom 香菇
5. Onion 洋葱
6. Chive 细香葱
7. Soy sauce 酱油
8. Pepper powder 胡椒粉
9. Sesame Oil (芝)麻油
10. Egg 蛋
11. Flour 面粉
12. Corn flour 玉米粉

Method:
1. Potatoes cook until soft and press with spoon.
2. Chop up chicken, carrot, mushroom, Onion, chive
3. Chicken mix with corn flour
4. Mix ingredients (method: 1,2,3) together
5. Make it into dough shape
6. Mix with egg and flour
7. Ready to fry it in hot oil.
