It is a easy dish to prepare too...If you really noticed my cook book...you'll know I am a lazy wife...heheI cook this dish before. Beside the chicken rice, I also fried "ikan bilis" small dry salty fish. Just wanna create like eating nasi lemak...hahahaha
P/s: Nasi lemak is a Malaysia famous food.
