Yummy


Black Chicken Rice + ABC soup.....wow!! too full


The ingredients to prepare are shrimp, garlic, ginger, onion, chive,chicken, Cabbage, and 1 small cup of rice for 2 person (no need to cook first)
























Fry garlic, onion, ginger, and shrimp first, then add chicken, cabbage. Add 2 1/2 cups of water, black soy sauce, salt, sugar, paper powder, little bit of sesame oil. Then, add this together with the rice in the saucepan.








Boil for 15 min, until no more liquid in the saucepan.












ABC soup (potato, tomato, carrot, onion, pork) and add paper powder. More paper powder will make you soup nicer....











Sprinkler some chive and ginger on top of the rice...












Ready to eat...easy rite...lest try today...
