Share my food with all of you!!


Oh no!! I cook Bacardi with chicken today. I cannot stand well...I am faint!


This is pak choi with carrot and prawn.













This is "姜葱酒鸡" is Diced Chicken with Scallion, Ginger and Bacardi (Strong drink)"

First, marinade diced chicken with Oyster sauce, soy sauce, black soy sauce, and Bacardi (alcohol) for 20 minutes. 先用耗油,酱青,黑甜酱青,酒,腌泡鸡肉。 20 分钟。







Second, fry scallion and finely chopped ginger. 然后,加油炒香葱和姜末。

Third, add marinade chicken and stir-fry together with scallion and ginger.
第三,把腌好的鸡和姜葱,一起炒。

Finally, add some water to boil for 2 minutes. Then can serve to your love one.
最后,加少许的水,滚2分钟。然后就大功告成!!开餐囖!

Really same taste with dish in Chinese restaurant. hahahaha...cannot tahan ler.. Don't believe me...just try yourself.
