紫菜小碗面 laver noodles soup















I use this fat free (non-fried) noodles, made from Singapore















  • The soup I use pork short rib (排骨) boil together with the tomato and fish ball.
  • I add oyster sauce (蚝油), salt, sugar, white paper powder.
  • The laver (紫菜) I just put on top of the noddles before I pour the hot soup on it.
  • Finally, I fry the garlic together with dry shrimp (虾 米) and sprinkle on top lastly.
