减肥。。。减肥
现在我满脑子都在想着减肥!每天我都煮汤,有菜汤,鸡汤,ABC汤, 或者煮加哩鸡。除了汤,我还会炒多一样菜。然后晚上晚餐,我再热汤来吃,加一点菜,红萝卜,番茄等。我只喝汤,吃菜。我的老公呢!我就加面,或者米粉,淋上我的汤就可以吃了。有时他想吃饭,我就煮半杯米给他。他是个标准的饭桶!!!可怜的他也要陪我减肥。
晚餐,我尽量不要吃饭,面等。希望在多五个月后。。。可以瘦!其实,以我的身高来算,我是超重了。。!不健康。。所以,没有结婚都应该减肥。。你好好检讨,检讨吧!
有时因为晚餐吃得太少,早上起床,我的肚子都饿扁了。大清早尽然去厨房挖东西吃。像只大肥老鼠。。。哈哈!好贴切的形容词。。。

"Keep fit", "loose weight", "Keep fit","loose weight" these words always appear in my mind, and keep reminding me!! Start from this week, I always cook soup for our lunch. Besides soup, I will cook another dishes, like vegetable, sardin fish, or chicken. For soup, I like to cook vegetable soup, chicken soup, or ABC's soup. At night, I just reboil the soup and and some vegetable, carrot or tomato in the soup. And I just have the soup and eat the vege in the soup. For him, sometime I will add noodles or Bihoon for him. Till one day he cannot stand without rice, so I will cook rice for him. haha!!! pity him..have to accompany me in this loose weight process!!
For my dinner, I tell myself, I must away from the rice or noodle. Hopefully in the future I really can slim down....Actually, if I count BMI, I can consider overweight already!!! sad sad sad!!! So unhealthy...!!! I must live healthy and I must loose weight....please la...choihsia!!!
